Event organizers confirm large turnout for fourth annual timeshare event.
Orlando, Florida – January 31, 2014 (INTUITION by Perspective Group) – The Global Networking Expo, also known as the GNEX Conference, brings together senior level timeshare industry executives from across the globe to discuss pertinent issues and to find new ways to do business together.
Founded in 2011 by Perspective Group, the leading independent PR & Multimedia company for the vacation ownership industry globally, this unique format event has already achieved industry acclaim with successful events in The Bahamas; Cancun, Mexico and Beverly Hills, California, USA.
GNEX 2014 will be held at the luxurious Ritz Carlton Sarasota, Florida from 9-12 February 2014 and has already confirmed more than 100 companies in attendance with the vast majority including the most senior level representative for each as a delegate.
“Having so many President’s, CEO’s, VP’s and Directors in one place at one time creates an incredible opportunity for attendees to network with people that they may never get to meet anywhere else.” Said Paul Mattimoe, President & CEO, Perspective Group.
Highlights of the upcoming event include:
Captain Richard Phillips as the non-industry Keynote Speaker. Captain Phillips is currently being portrayed by Tom Hanks in the movie of the same name that was recently nominated for four Golden Globe awards. Captain Richard Phillips became the center of an extraordinary international drama when Somali pirates who hijacked his ship, the first hijacking of a U.S. ship in more than 200 years, captured him. His speech will draw lessons from those dramatic events and stress the vital importance of leadership and teamwork.
Roy Peires, Founder & Chairman, CLC World Resorts & Hotels will be the industry specific Keynote Speaker at GNEX 2014, who over three decades, has created a worldwide hospitality group; one that designs, develops and operates award-winning resorts with a wide and innovative range of holiday and property owning products.
Mark McCullough, Territory Manager, East US / Canada, TripAdvisor will speak about the impact of online reviews on the hospitality industry and how to best work with this modern social communication channel to improve occupancy results at resorts and hotels.
Plus there’s more than 30 additional speakers participating in Q&A and debate orientated panel sessions at this interactive conference.
With an emphasis on networking, GNEX 2014 also boasts four nights of social events, a Speed Networking event and a Sport Fishing Tournament.
